MedlinePlus consumer health information from the National Library of Medicine.

 

Patient Education

FamilyDoctor.org from the American Academy of Family Physicians, provides "health information for the whole family" and includes "search by symptom" flowcharts.

 

Go Ask Alice, from Columbia University's Health Education Program, provides information on health-related and sexuality topics in a Q&A format.
